My stay at Sanderling Resort was almost perfect. The location was fantastic, with the beach just a stone's throw away, and I loved my spacious room with a beautiful view. Although the amenities were great, there were some issues with service that left a bit to be desired. My stay at the Sanderling was quite disappointing, especially for the price we paid. The resort has a beautiful setting on a barrier island, but it felt neglected with a lack of cleanliness and management. Our room had some issues, and the midges made our balcony unusable. On the brighter side, the food at the Lifesaving Station was genuinely enjoyable, and the pool area was nice. However, I expected much more for the price we paid.
